Rufus - one year old Maltese Shih Tzu. Rufus is a very friendly lovable dog. Our main requirement of a pet sitter is that they love and care for him as we would. We are a young couple with no human children and consider Rufus our family. He is allowed to sleep where he likes - couch, bed or floor. He has two walks per day or one long walk. We don't like to leave him alone for longer than a couple of hours however, he does have the option of going to doggy day care occasionally if you would like full days out. We only use positive reinforcement with him, we never yell or use any force and would expect a sitter to do the same. He has two meals a day and may require medication - which we put in food and he takes easily.
