We have a light airy 3 bedroom double storey contemporary home in Heathmont, Fully furnished, the house contains 3 Queen size beds, 2 large sofa's, as well as a full body massage chair, bath and two fantastic showers, 3 toilets and lots of great books and 2 smart TV's. The house has ceiling fans downstairs and airconditioning upstairs with ducted heating throughout the house. Needless to say it is a very comfortable house to live in. Within walking distrance to train, shops, cafes, gym/pool and great walking trails. Fiteen minutes drive to the Dandenong Ranges and 30 mins by car to the nearest surf beach in one direction and to the city in the other direction via Eastlink. Very low maintenance house, watering of garden once a week, and the odd bit of weeding and mowing of a tiny lawn. We have two beautiful and well loved pets, Maxine our 10yo Labradoodle and Dennis our Medium haired Persian cat. They are very easy to look after and well trained (as well trained as a cat can be!)
As this is such a long housesit we need to ask the sitter to pay for some costs.

Both beautiful , loving and well trained (well Maxine is well trained, pretty impossible for a cat!)
House Tasks
Water garden weekly
Mow rear lawn (very small) as needed
Weed the garden as needed
Collect mail
Keep house clean and in good condition
Walk Maxine 3-5 km 5 days per week
Wash Maxine monthly at the local dog wash
Organise and take Maxine to the local Dog Groomer for clipping every three months
Feed the animals daily (per their normal routine)
Cuddle and love the pets regualrly on a daily basis (they can never get enough!)
