House is low maintenance so no requirements to do anything whilst there. House is a 3x2 house with enclosed yard. Double carport. 5 minute walk to shops. 800m walk to the swan river. Close to Garden City and freeway.We have a dishwasher, unlimited nbn (available to use when you are here).

We have a Pomeranian and King Charles spaniel plus 2 tonkenese cats. All great natured. All healthy with no issues.
