I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. One cat is a inside and outside cat. The other 2 cats live inside. The 2 dogs are a staffy cross boxer and the other one is border collie they are outside dogs and not allowed inside. My house is close to supermarket and a 10 min drive to a train station. The role of the house sitter is to feed the animals and clean the cat litter trays.
