House on 5 acres of mowed land and overall on 38 acres 7 kms out of Mumdubbera. Easy care lawn and gardens. Two border collie X who are outside dogs and one maltese inside dog. 10 chooks. Access to river for fishing and swimming. Lovely views across the valley. Quiet relaxing setting.

House Tasks

Mainly watering of fruit trees and gardens. Mostly set up with easy to use irrigation. House is only 3 years old and lots of trees have been planted and grown a lot more than in the photos. Must be tidy people.
