Split level home (so there are some stairs). Small yard with a pool. Garden is low maintenance. Mowing and pool maintenance (auto pool cleaner so not much there maybe empty out basket) is all that would be required outside. Small dog and bird. Dog would be happy to chase a tennis ball all day or go for a walk (he is quite spoilt and is allowed inside. Foxtel & Netflix as well as wifi.
