We have 10 acres an hour and a half from the centre of Perth, a 1 year old 3 bedroom house, 2 young, affectionate and very energetic Welsh springer spaniels, 5 chooks and 2 alpacas. The chooks and alpacas are fairly self sufficient so it's really only the dogs that need attention. We also have a large veggie garden and orchard which you can use and which hopefully won't need watering, as long as the irrigation system works!
Pets & farm animals
2 young Welsh springer spaniels - one 7 months old and the other 1 year old. They are used to a lot of company as we are retired and take them pretty much everywhere. 5 chooks that need to be let out and put back in every day - foxes. 2 alpacas that are pretty much self sufficient.
House Tasks
If the automatic watering system fails, the garden will need watering 2 or 3 times a week.
