A two bedroom, 1 bathroom villa with lock up garage in the lovely, quiet town of Watsonia. A 1 minute walk to local IGA and other stores, 3 minute walk to train station with a 35min train ride to centre of Melbourne. Wildlife reserve 10-15,min walk also. Guest bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. Main bedroom is available if required, has queen bed, but cupboard space is not available. Bathroom has full tub, shower with removable head, safety rails and long mirror. Kitchen with gas cooking, full sized fridge and pantry space, plus all the cooking and baking equipment you could want. Table seats 4, breakfast bar has one stool. Including washing machine and dryer, plus clothes line and airer. All white goods are less than 1 year old. Unlimited Wifi and TV available - unfortunately not a smart TV sorry! 3 seater lounge with 2 recliners, bean bag and lots of lounge blankets available. Games and puzzles available for your use, and small collection of books also available. Aircon available in the lounge room, and heating through whole house. Pedestal fans in bedrooms, and space heater available also.
Pets & farm animals
2 ferrets (Charlie and Twiggy) - they require daily feeding and attention including cuddles and play time out of their cage. They also make a bit of a mess so require cleaning up after. Apologies for the lack of photos - guaranteed cuteness though! 2 sugar gliders (Fred and Wilma) - they require daily feeding, but are currently breeding so they are living outside and should not be interacted with. However you may still watch them play in their cage in the evenings. They dont tend to make a mess and shouldn't require cage cleaning while I am away
