2 storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home (12 y/o), gardens, pool, with 2 x 7 y/o Siamese cats, who will require morning & evening meals, plus daily garden time. Quiet cul-de-sac in Lane Cove area. On street parking as our cars will be in the garages. Require some garden, lawn & pool maintenance, plus expect the house to be kept in absolutely clean, tidy condition, & not used as "party central". Require references & negotiated House Sit Agreement.
