Hi we have a 4 bedroom home in North Manly with Tennis courts, golf course and parks at the end of the street. We have 2 dogs 9 year old Zoli (wired haired vizsla) and 9 mth old Pepper (wire haired german pointer) who loves to chase balls and swim. We live within a short walk to a major shopping mall and good public transport options to Sydney city. As well as easy access to Manly.
The dogs are used to being with people and each other, we are a large family so they prefer company. There are many great places to walk in the vicinity and Zoli is a great running companion. Pepper is still cautious with small kids, bikes and skateboards but walks well on lead and returns when called most times.
We have 2 pond fish and a few indoor fish which need only to be fed.
House tasks - mail collection,, bins out on bin night and watering of pots on hot days. .
Neighbourhood facilities- shopping mall, cinema, golf course; tennis and tennis centre, large public playing fields and playground, medical centres, gyms, vets, local shops. Walking tracks, beaches, public transport direct to city and Manly
Property facilities- wifi apple tv netflix washing machine, dishwasher, fans in all bedrooms. BBQ.
The yard needs no attention other than to water if there is prolonged hot weather. The plant pots will need watering. We are non smokers and would prefer non smokers. Definitely not indoors thanks.
