Hi I live in an old Queenslander aprox.. 5 minute drive from the CBD and the beach it is an old Queenslander highset (16 steps) I( am presently renovating, but the house is comfy close (5min) to the CBD beach and waterpark . I have to Greyhounds a dog and a bitch both are 6 years old they love attention and going out apart from that they spend their time sleeping but typical Greyhound they are ready to go in an instant they just love the beach about 5 min by car,
as far as the house goes no hard and fast rules just enjoy your stay, you won't have to tippy toe around this place just kick back and enjoy your stay Brian
