We live on a small acreage close to Brisbane and the bayside suburbs, with good freeway access tnorth and south. We have 2 friendly cocker spaniel dogs, a cat, 3 chooks and 4 miniature horses. Depending on your experience with horses, we can send the stallion to agistment while we are away..
The house is livable lowset 80's brick house - not luxury but very comfortable..
Apart from feeding the animals, rugging the horses, collecting the mail, there is not too much to do. We are away for one month over winter, so the grass wont grow much.
We have unlimited internet, at moderate ADSL speeds, good size TV with netflix and a wood fire heater to keep the house warm.
Unfortunately the housesitters we had organized had to cancel due to getting a permanent job too far from here,.
