KANGAROO ISLAND
I am looking for a person or couple to look after my 3 small dogs and an aviary with budgies and finches for 5 weeks while I go back to UK to visit my mother.

The dogs are Champ, 13 yo poodle, Bailey, 11 yo maltese shuitzu, and Aussie, 11 yo foxy. The are all small, healthy, and well behaved and enjoy lots of love and cuddles, twice daily feeds and a daily walk. Bailey also has medication to take with his food.

The birds need daily food and water and the occasional new branch in the aviary.

The house is old and comfortable with modern kitchen and bathroom, r/c air conditioner, slow combustion stove in the loungeroom and a lovely sunny decks both front and back of the house. It's within easy walking distance of the town. and has a large bush garden which needs minimal attention.

Kingscote is the main town of Kangaroo Island and has supermarket, banks, PO, pubs, cafes, galleries and take away shops.

Kangaroo Island is beautiful and Spring is a great time to be here because it's out of tourist season and the wildlowers are coming into bloom. The island is an hours ferry ride from Cape Jervis.
