The basics:
House and cat sit in 3-bed, 2-bath home 100 metres to beach access on the beautiful Sunshine Coast near Coolum.

The house sitting requirements:
I am travelling for 6 weeks with my daughter and am most importantly looking for a genuine cat lover to care for and love my fur grandson - Louis, as well as basic home care including watering plants, collecting mail, and taking bins out. We are looking for an able, mature, tidy, non-smoking, single female (as Louis does not like males) for this housesit.

The home and neighbourhood:
The home has stairs up to the first level where all living quarters are located. It is located near Coolum, very close to the beach. You will have your own room in the 3-bed and 2 bathrooms. The home has a beautiful wide, wrap-around deck with a barbecue, and a large but fairly low-maintenance garden made up of natives. The home facilities include a reverse cycle heat/cooling, wifi, dishwasher, gas stove, laundry facilities, and netflix. There is a cafe around the corner from the house and buses at the end of the street that head toward Noosa via Peregian Beach, or the other way south through Mooloolaba/Maroochydore and Caloundra.
